Celebrate spring Peruvian style with us on every Wednesday, as you will experience a 5 course dinner set in the back patio at Springdale General. The menu will be composed of dishes featuring local and seasonal ingredients, using a combination of traditional Peruvian techniques and flavors in modern interpretations. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when purchasing a reservation ticket. This is a BYOB event, or drinks can be purchased additionally on the day of the dinner.
The Biru dinner menu is $95 per person. Your $25 per person deposit is used to secure your booking and will be applied to your bill upon dining. A 20% Service Charge is be added to all bills.
