Peruvian Chef’s Table at Springdale General
Chef Julio-Cesar Florez will be hosting a 6-course Peruvian farm-to-table dinner, set in the back patio* of Springdale General Building 1 on Wednesday, May 17th.
The menu will be will be dictated by the season and what is available from local farmers, using a combination of traditional Peruvian techniques and flavors in modern interpretations. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when purchasing a reservation ticket.
The Biru dinner menu is $95 per person, cocktails will be available for purchase separately.
All dietary restrictions must be submitted at least 48 hrs. in advance via email email@example.com. All accommodations are at the discretion of our Chef.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because of the small nature of our business, and the significantly detrimental effects that late cancellations have on our ability to remain in business, we ask that you call to let us know of any cancellations with at least 24 hrs notice to consider a refund.
*if the weather doesn't allow outside seating, we will move the dinner to the inside
