PERUVIAN CHEF’S TABLE AT SPRINGDALE GENERAL
Celebrate the season Peruvian style with us on every Wednesday, as you will experience a 5 course dinner with cocktail pairings set in the back patio* at Springdale General Building 1. The menu will be composed of dishes featuring local and seasonal ingredients, using a combination of traditional Peruvian techniques and flavors in modern interpretations. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when purchasing a reservation ticket.
The Biru dinner menu is $125 per person with cocktail pairings, or $95 without. Your $25 per person deposit is used to secure your booking and will be applied to your bill upon dining. A 20% Service Charge will be added to all bills.
All dietary restrictions must be submitted at least 48hrs in advance via email firstname.lastname@example.org. All accommodations are at the discretion of our Chef.
All deposits are final and non-refundable. Because of the small nature of our business, and the significantly detrimental effects that late cancellations have on our ability to remain in business, an additional $70 charge per person will be applied to no-shows and cancellations with less than 12hrs notice.
*if the weather doesn't allow outside seating, we will move the dinner to the inside
