CANCHA + CHICHARRON
Cancha is a type of popping corn from Peru that is served in cebicherias with cebiche. Typically served with chicharron (crispy pork) in the northern coastal region. Now you can have these addictive crunchy snacks seasoned with your favorite SEASONED SALTS.

Smokey and savory. It mixes kosher salt with garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, aji panca and vinegar. We use it on grilled proteins and vegetables.

Tangy, spicy, and savory. The flavor of cebiche. A blend of limes, garlic, onion and chilies. Use it on potato chips, french fries, seafood and veggies
CRIOLLA $8
The flavor base for Peruvian cooking. It mixes onions, garlic, aji amarillo, cumin and oregano. We use it in soups and stews.
NIKKEI $10
UMAMI rich, smoky with a spicy kick from aji amarillo. A mix of soy sauce, porcini, and hondashi. The flavors of Peru and Japan in perfect synergy.
DULCE Y PICANTE
Sweet and spicy, an addicting mix of pink peppercorn and rocoto with salt and sugar. Perfect on fruit, or your favorite cocktail rim.
