Peruvian Chef’s Table at Springdale General
Celebrate the season Peruvian style with us on every Wednesday, as you will experience a 5 course dinner with wine pairings by sommelier Giuseppe Paternoster, set in the back patio* at Springdale General Building 1. The menu will be composed of dishes featuring local and seasonal ingredients, using a combination of traditional Peruvian techniques and flavors in modern interpretations. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when purchasing a reservation ticket.
The Biru dinner menu is $135 per person with wine pairings for each course, or $95 without. The deposit secures your booking and is applied to your bill. A 20% service charge is added to all bills.
All dietary restrictions must be submitted at least 48hrs in advance via email at email@example.com. All accommodations are at the discretion of our Chef.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Because of the small nature of our business, and the significantly detrimental effects that late cancellations have on our ability to remain in business, we ask that you call to let us know of any cancellations with at least 24hrs notice to consider a refund.
*if the weather doesn't allow outside seating, we will move the dinner to the inside
