
Peruvian Chef’s Table at Springdale General
Celebrate the season Peruvian style with us on every Friday and Saturday, as you will experience a 5 course dinner of Austin's best Peruvian cuisine, set in the back patio* at Springdale General Building 1. The menu will be composed of dishes featuring local and seasonal ingredients, using a combination of traditional Peruvian techniques and flavors in modern interpretations. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when purchasing a reservation ticket.
The Biru dinner menu is $95 per person. The deposit secures your booking and is applied to your bill. Deposit is for one person.
All dietary restrictions must be submitted at least 48 hrs in advance via email at birucocinaperuana@gmail.com. All accommodations are at the discretion of our Chef.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Because of the small nature of our business, and the significantly detrimental effects that late cancellations have on our ability to remain in business, we ask that you call to let us know of any cancellations with at least 24 hrs notice to consider a refund.
*if the weather doesn't allow outside seating, we will move the dinner to the inside
Biru Seasoning Salts
Biru Cocina Peruana seasoning salts bring the flavors of Peru to your home.
They will take your cooking to the next level. Packed with the same ingredients we use in our kitchen at Biru, use them to season anything from chicken, fish, beef or vegetables, to popcorn, french fries, potato chips, even cocktails.

SALT COLLECTION
BRASA $8
Smokey and savory. It mixes kosher salt with garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, aji panca and vinegar. We use it on grilled proteins and vegetables.
ACEBICHADA $8
Tangy, spicy, and savory. The flavor of cebiche. A blend of limes, garlic, onion and chilies. Use it on potato chips, french fries, seafood and veggies
CRIOLLA $8
The flavor base for Peruvian cooking. It mixes onions, garlic, aji amarillo, cumin and oregano. We use it in soups and stews.
NIKKEI $10
UMAMI rich, smoky with a spicy kick from aji amarillo. A mix of soy sauce, porcini, and hondashi. The flavors of Peru and Japan in perfect synergy.
DULCE Y PICANTE $10
Sweet and spicy, an addicting mix of pink peppercorn and rocoto with salt and sugar. Perfect on fruit, or your favorite cocktail rim.
